My Story

My earliest memories are of animals and my love for them. As an adult, I pursued zoology, studying wildlife in their natural environments around the world. Now I use my experiences and memories to create art, striving to bring animals to life on canvas. Any animal might become my muse...the way it acts, looks, or lives. I want viewers to see not just an image, but the spirit of the animal itself.

Often I include an underlying theme in my work, addressing the thoughtless role that humans play in the use, abuse, and killing of animals. I want viewers to appreciate the worth of animals and do more to ensure that they do not disappear from our earth. For my part, I donate forty percent of my earnings from the sale of my artwork to reputable animal charities.
